Thanks Brigid - maybe she was just hungry for the critter on the shade? - though she doesn't miss many meals. I get fatter just looking at your great food pictures.
I put a different shade ( a striking red one )on that lamp and a pullchain I made out of a red coral bead - it was a wedding gift for a guy and his bride at work. I forgot to take a picture of it with the new shade - still waiting for them to get me one and I will put it up on this blog.
